I personally think this is as a result of all thoses toxic waste dumped in our country..Someone was telling me many people are having mouth/tongue cancer now days..Bleeding and so many strange diseases that were not known in Somalia...

This could be due to anything not necessarily toxic waste, as it happens in other parts of the world where no toxic waste is dumped.

I think she has goiter, which is a swelling of the thyroid glands due to lack of iodine.
