The Dugsi teacher is lobbying to get them off the hook

Which doesn't make any sense at all. These guys recruit and fight for Aweys and Shabab.

TL,
What is outrageous is that they all funded the Opposition.
Until we can get these people under control, nothing will improve.

Saaxib, Ceyr are under control. It is Harti Abgaal, Wacesley, Reer Matan and other subclans of Wacbudhan. The problem in Xamar today is Mudulood problem

James, this report is not just the report. It is the report of all reports on Somalia in recent times and it shows the international community's desire to know just what the heck is going on there. This is not one of those fictional propaganda pieces doctured from new York saying ICU fought for Hezbollah, but a heavily researched and back investigation with most of the investigation actually done by researchers in Africa. I have been following their story for a long time and even remember when they had to leave because of deathreats.
When you have a U.N report digging into U.N bureaucracy and laying it out on the biggest U.N agency in Somalia (WFP) you know the report has clout.
