It is not a joke. this is a scenerio that could happen to any of us. We live in the west, hope to raise a family, get married, have children in the west. working with others is a daily occurence. my concern was how do we balance our culture and religion with the american/european system of work, discipline, etc. what does it mean for a muslim woman to work in that enviroment. i find it very tempting for a yound lady to be in that enviroment with single aged men, only if you have worked in an office you would know how much pushing around takes place that that is when the numbers are even. we are talking about a 5:1 ratio here.

Kambuli, look at the issue seriously and answer it. She did find a job, but what kind of job, in what type of enviroment. wouldnt you want your kids to go to the best school with the best teacher, why wouldnt you care about your spouses job or dealings.
