This whole thread is soo sad, no it's pretty easy when the bolts are to tight just use your legs to push it, tightening is pretty easy.

EASY STEPS
1. Raise the car up
2. Remove Bolts and Wheel
3. Put knew wheel, And first bolt all wheels on before tightening
4. tighten and lower car

I could if I wanted to but I've never had to.

just don't wear heels.
