In order for Khawaarij to exist, there has to be a Caliphate and Caliph. What's more, those you "guess" are Khawaarij are fighting a government installed, financed, maintained and defended by non-Muslims. I have spent time with this brother and few other Sheikhs on this weekend in TO, well on Friday he was the Imam at Masjid Khaalid and then last 2 days he was at IMO, he said the Somali Sisiter here in Toronto look nice and most of them are wearing the xijab but the brothers he can't even tell if they are Kufar or not.
He's ex US Marine and spent 4 years in Moroco and 2 years in Egpty.

I bought his DVD lectures( they were selling it outside) and also the big sheikh I forgot his name.
