I saw on tv once, that if you suspect someones walking behind you, quickly turn around, take away the element of surprise. Also, hold your key in your hand so that the attacker thinks your house is near and you could gauge his eyes with them

i saw on tv (oprah show) that if going jogging and someone attacks u to the ground
attemping to rape you.....that you should PEE on them................i guess it will gross them out or something........weird

My younger sister took a self-defense class a few months ago and she was telling me about some of the tips they learned to follow if you think someone's following you...like turning around and yelling "why are you following me!!"

But even if someone wasn't actually following you, wouldn't they beat the shit out of you after yelling that at them for no reason?
