yeah the vp of puntland used to be part of somalilands army currently he is the vice president of puntland in 2003 he was part of somaliland.

yeah garaad cabdiqadni he joined the SNM in 1989, he was very anti kacaan goverment , he was the one who said to ina selebaan duufle. when ina selebaan duufle came to laascanood in 1986 he said to the dhulbahantes and the garaads of the dhulbahante ISAAQ made snm to destroye the darod goverment diida la dagaalama.
