Just out of curiosity, do You speak Arabic and do You look Arab?

In all honesty, I don't speak a word of Arabic but that doesn't say much because my Somali is wack too. However, my father speaks Arabic, as do his siblings, & so did my grandfathers etc. As for my looks, do Arabs have a uniform look? Honestly, I look more desi than anything else.
