A man is lying on a beach when a large gust of wind covers him in sand. Sound asleep the man is oblivious. the only thing sticking out is his big toe. A local slag is walking along the beach at the same time and sees the toe. She pulls her nickers to one side and humps the toe until satisfied then simply gets up and strolls off.

another gust of wind uncovers the man of sand and wakes him up. Oblivious he gets up and walks home. 3 days later the man wakes up with an itchy toe and goes to the doctors for advice. After an examination the doctor tells the man he has syphilis of the big toe. The man replies "syphilis of the big toe, that sounds rare". To which the doctor replies "if you think thats rare, i just diagnosed a woman with athletes cunt"!
