Coolpoision when it comes down to it we're all shopping for good genes when choosing a mate, height it just one of those things. As someone pointed out though it depends how tall the female is, if she's over 5 8" then same height/1 inch shorter shouldnt make much difference for most. Lakin if she's short she'd want a taller mate and for short males, i.e. 5 6" and under then like Hyper advised; gabar inyar oo dheer gurso for the sake of your sons

Really though I'm sure most people on this site bullshid. Most Somali Guys I meet are not really taller than Me, and around the same height. The absolute tallest Somali girls I see are like 5'11, but mostly they're like 5'5, 5'6. It seems every dude on Snet is 6'3 and every girl 5'9

It was about survival, just like how heavier set women were preferred because when a famine happened the heavy set woman and her unborn child could survive.
