Who said all Hebrews are white looking. The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said Prophet Musa looked very dark and dark brown with curly hair. Read this hadith:

The Prophet (saw) said 'If you want to see (the appearance) of Abraham, then look at your companion (i.e. the Prophet) but Moses was a curly-haired, brown man (who used to ride) a red camel, the reins of which was made of fires of date-palms. As if I were now looking down a valley." (Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 55, Number 574).

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "On the night Journey, I saw Musa bin `Imran (Moses), a tall, brown-skinned man with curly hair, looking like the men of Shanu'ah" (Sahih Muslim).

Actually Tut was R1b, but that's beside the point. By your logic, somalis are related to north africans, albanians, greeks etc. I have no connection with these people (assuming I'm E3b of course, fingers crossed) except maybe north africans due to islam. Yes, Somalis are indeed related to North Africans and some Med people compared to other Africans.
About African Americans, most of them are 20% to 30% European, so this wouldn't come as a suprise.

Mozes doesn't represent all the Hebrews of his time. Most just looked like dark mediterraneans as they do today.
