Naaah Luggooyo is light skinned with bidaar and fanax. Afisoone is better on screen...although he gesticulates at little too much for my liking. I think he posts the way he does because he is embarrassed/ shy to write English and he has foriegn logic when writing in English. If he had more confidence he would say what he meant a lot better, because I usually have to guess what he means, but all the people who speak English as a 3rd language understand him perfectly well.
