The photos are from 2007. The city never saw fighting or even fleeing, the city even still has all of its Arab population, and the population is very healthy and happy. Its like the civil war never happened there.

It's not the fault of the General populations if reer marka didn't make anything of themselves. They need to themselves join the Political game and speak up and create a militia for their defense and standings. No one knew the exits of iidoors and look at them today. Compare Ogaden to Majeerteen in number not comparable right but little Majeerteen has more influence in the horn then Ogadens will will have.
