The guy's ancestors could be fulani (a small proportion have E3b), Africanised berber, southern sudanese. E3b although predominantly a Berber, Egyptian snd somali gene goes as far as Illyria and Greece. To say this guy has somali ancestors (which he may or may not) is a bit of a stretch.

hey James, can you find out which tribe does this guy's ancestors belong to.

He can only be somali if his father is somali as well as his granddad (his fathre's father) his great grand father(his grand father's father) and so on.

If he has obtained the somali dna from the females( his mother, grandmother and soforth) he is still just the negro that he looks.

you can't find out tribes from dna.
