Let me repeat what I have just said . Somaliland in an effort to take responsibility for the actions of the Isaaqs that were engaged in the insurgency in the South , offered an amnesty to all Isaaqs remnants of the ICU who later got absorbed in the Al shabaab . Everybody including you knows it . Obviously given his rank and his past , Ina Godane was NOT interested .
