If majerteen were so smart they'd have the whole country in order

All Majarteen wants is a peaceful Xamar.

MJ is really not the problem with the South as a clan. The warlord days have evolved to religious wars and have taken a bloody turn where foreigners have began arriving to Xamar and the South for the past 6 yrs. Southern Somalia if the west doesnt take action and resolve the clan indifferences between the Hawiyes it'll continue to get out of hand until a foreign jihaadist and his loyalists are sitting in villa Somalia. And their is no other non-Hawiye clan that can do anything about that.

Abgaal is like a trophy wife, they should never be in power, they were only put there to make Majerteen look good. I also don't think Majerteen are ideal leaders; we are good thinkers and efficient, but we lack the ability to see beyond our own stomach.

I think ideally, Marehan & Habar Gidir (CEYR only) are the best bet for Somalia, but Majerteen sadly do not want to compromise by ever working on equal terms with other Somalis.

Warsangelis leadership isnt suitable for the nomadic war climate of Somalia. We a liberialists, if given a chance maybe we'd resolve Somalia. Without Ethiopia

I reject this plea it lacks originality and wreaks of desperation.
That is the keyword.

ps. Why does Cirwaaq sound like someone pretending to be a southerner?

grandpakhalif wrote:We the patriotic people of Koonfur are the only ones who hold sacred what our forefathers died for, why discard it all because we have some obstacles ahead of us? This is what our enemies want, to successfully balkanize Somalia so all its citizens adhere to their clan enclaves instead of seeing the bigger picture. I reject this plea it lacks originality and wreaks of desperation. We as koonfurians should try to be the safe keepers of the blessed Somali states like our ancestors, puntland and somaliland do not matter to the international community. Koonfur is going through some difficult times right now but hold steadfast we will come out the true winners in the end. Giving up is not our nature.

"Allah is our witness we have made ever concession to keep together a shattered republic"

Telling lies and using Allah wont make your lame argument sound and valid.

Fascinating how the essence of a topic is ignored and great importance is given to specific details without a genuine evaluation.

Cirwaaq wrote:In the pursuit of retaining the unity of all somalis under one flag in the once formulated union of the former democratic republic of somalia Koonfur has tirelessly sacrificed the past 20 years. Allah is our witness we have made ever concession to keep together a shattered republic with Puntland and Somaliand and in the process allowed Koonfur to return to a pre-historic state. The once proud hosts of the capital of the republic, all trade and commerce we find ourselves enslaved by the grand notion of somali unity. Puntland and Somaliland have made considerable progress with their relative state apparatus, relative peace and security whereas Koonfur finds itself victim of every despotic megalomaniac reject from the world hosting his own terrorist cell without hindrance.
The former Somalia Koonfur has developed a habit of over-playing the victim mentality and the blame lies squarely on your shoulders. When the botched attempt of the USC to rid, what has now become the former somalia, of Siyad Barre, there was no long term strategy of how to govern nor how to manage the immediate aftershocks of the liberation. Subsequently, in the years that followed, we witnessed the slow disintegration and destruction of property and tens of thousands of lives lost to poor governance, often the result of inter-tribal warfare and warlordism. Sacrifices are often produced when someone else benefits to your detriment, which you have sanctioned yourself but the former Somalia Koonfur, has watched while certain individuals take advantage - causing the problems that currently exist, which are not beyond repair but require a certain level of political maturity. The former Somalia Koonfur has gone from bad to worse in the 20 years that followed the USC liberation against the despotism of the one clan minority leadership. The former Somalia Koonfur needs to take responsibility for the actions that are committed in its lands. The former Somalia Koonfur citizens needs to develop a sense of self because people who are robbed of their heritage during occupation, enslavement and political, religious and tribal colonisation become disorientated. They lose self-respect, the capacity for self-guidance, leadership and independent decision-making.

On the contrary, that was an objective appraisal of the way things are currently in the former Somalia Konfuuria.
