Emperior, actually hargaysaay is right, most of the army were H.Y & Ciidagale, Cali Geri - Dhulbahante, it's even mentioned in the books that Haji Waraabe & Ina Garre took with them 6000 "local" tribesmen mainly from his clan it even tells it in the poems.
Hargaysaay, indeed i wonder where all the cidagalle horses & H.Y horses went back in the days they had thousands of horses mostly sunari arabian type exported from Berbera & Maydh, there is alot of horses in Sanaag, Sallaxley from what i have seen in this modern day.

Emperior, how come no 1 ever heard of this poem? even if there was another isaaq sub clans involved they were not major players in the battle compared to H.Y which was the tribe that headed that battle alongside Cidagalles, clearly the major players in the battle were H.Y, Cidagalle, Cali Geri - Dhulbahante who were carrying some water bottles for us who later when the camels we looted were bought to burco and they asked for their stake but we told them to go away and get out of our sight in which still this day some still ask the stake of camels.

sxb did you even read what you posted , the poem i posted is well known it was made by poet gamuute he was present at batttle of hagoogane what you just poted the gabay u posted was From the guba series qamaan bulxan versus cali dhuux, it does not say , habaryoonis raided the dervishes or anything like that any how, , do you know how long it took xaji warabe and ina inagare to prepair such battle they were collecting arms soldiers from every clan, Do you really think it was that easy do defeat the dervishes it took lots of planning work stragedy to make it reality , and that other part about xaji waraabe thats from xplayas bloq lol thats not from a book

Emperior, stop injecting yourself in Garhajis history , who masterminded the raid? haji waraabe, musa garre both H.Y, the rest of the footsoldiers were irrevelant just like Cali Geri, all that mattered were the H.Y & C.G 1's.

In the forums there use to be a guy called reer burco a direct descent of Haji Waraabe so he knew alot about hogaagane, if anybody needed to know about hogaagane all you had to do is ask him he will provide history.
