Its because Tuna Heads eat fish which is high in protien and they don't eat a lot of carbs

Men should fit too. Well, I have started hitting the gym already and running since it is all summer here now. I have seen many of my country men doing fadhi-kudirir and eating so much khat that the whole concept of fitting well is missing.
