Is there any evidence that maraq is scientifically proven as a cure for many illnesses?

Scientifically proven? Not that I know of. According to Somali legend story tellers, the maraq (soup) made out adhi/ari or geel meat helps the immune system. That is the belief back home but scientifically I have never seen any documentation supporting such claims.

Clinical tests should be done on maraq because I drink it whenever I am ill.

but it has all the nutrients from the meat, that is why in every culture they always drink maraq, chicken soup, broth, whatever you want to call it, it works great to give the body the energy and nutrients it needs to combat flu's, colds, etc
