I've been to both and I have to say they are both nice in different ways:
Ambassador - Nice structure beautiful greenery and eating area, but it's kind of secluded up in the top of the hills. About 15mins from airport which makes it a good thing if you have just arrived from the airport.

Maansoor - Also nice building but greenery is better than the actual layout. Very close to the center of the city and government house, which makes it ideal for government officials and people who want to be nearer to the city center.
