I know what you mean one of my brothers recently finished his biomedical science degree, he initially struggled to find job and when he did the pay was shit and he figured he doesn't wanna be stuck in a lab all day long so now his doing masters in another field..I'd advice people to choose they courses carefully..plus it's a competitive market nowadays and a bacherlors degree isn't enough to land u the job of ur dreams..further studies like post-graduate diploma or completing masters etc and experience are essential

Most of the health science degrees ( physiothreapy, medical imaging, dentistry, medicine, nursing ) you get experience while studying..its compulsory to do clinical placements so when you graduate it wont be difficult to find employment and the job prospect is quite good

Business administration is the worst degree as far as I am concern. It is the only degree that you will compete with a high school diploma holder and loose to him perfectly.

thanks,

Wallaahi I have lost to high school diploma holders twice because of experience. When I told them i have a business degree, it is like I haven't said anything to them. They started ask questions like do you have experience , what Lean continous improvement certification do you have, bla bla bla. I keep repeating I have a degree bla bla bla but no body cared.
