I dont fault a religious person opposing or hating on gays. Actually, a religious person is not suppose to hate at all.
I mean, i dont fault a religious person being against homosexuality, purely for scripture and religion basis. That sort of opposition is understadable. My point is--people who go beyond opposing.People who kill or constantly harrass or who hold 'pure' hate sentiments. Those are the people i am talking about. You can hold a view or opinion against a certain group, but to go extra step and haunt them, kill them, that requeires a serious digging into the "WHY". (Let it be known my hate for adoons, is purely a cultural deal, not pure hate. I am not half adoon. lool) The same principle applies with Hitler-- i dont care if he was bullied by jew kids growing up, it does not end up in making a mass vendetta against a race, and causing historical genecide. 
That sort of hate--is definitely deep, and seeded-- and my job is to unrevel it, investigate the WHY a person does that. FOR Hitler--it was a pure hate for himself. Deep down there he knew he was half jew, and he hated it. He cant change it but he can hide it. So what he essentially did is---basically come up with a bad solution- get rid of the race, half of him that made his life miserable by self hating.Remember Hitler was an austrian by birth. He was not even a pure German. This lil factor must also come into the equation. As Humans, we need to be accepted or fit in'. To be half jew, a minority judged/hated by the mass majority, is a personal injury to your self esteem. 
The same principle applies with gays. Gays are a minority judged by a majority. If deep down there u know u r one-- u will try yourself to hide this part and hate it--openly, inwardly or both. A prime example of a gay self hater is the former Xoogsade of Somalinet. Later known as Cilmiile of course. HE was a prime example of a self hater gay. Another one was Roy Cohn. A jew gay person born in 1927 who went after the gays militantly in 1950s with mcarthiesm.
Not only did he hate the jew part of himself--by unfairly prosecuting the first ever jew woman to prosecuted and electricuted for communism charge.He went after closeted gays and destroyed their lives.
