How can it be barbardhac (tie) saaxib if it was being fought in Abgaal territory?

after almost 20 years, i would say that war was totally unnecessary becouse it destroyed one of most beatifull cities in Africa, xamar and created all things we see today warlords, mooryaan diimeed, shabaabist, alll bloody mooryaans were started in that war.
