Which Arabs are you people blaming? Listen there is no Arab country who wants to screw up Somalia. It is the big powers that be and their involvement that is dismantling the Somali state. All of that Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda are doing is being surrogates for these foreign powers.

Wether paternal or not, Somalis were always tribalist. Just look at the boran, who are not even muslim and they are still violent tribal society. As for Islam, the problems in Somalia were there before the religious groups came to power. The secular warlords created the problems in Somalia.
