Ruralman, you can read some taarikh in here if your interested ever heard of a district and a settlement called daroor formerly known as Haro Dhiig? well that place awhile back belonged to ogadens especially Reer Isaaq- Ogaden , until some events took place in 1877.



In 1877 H/yunis forces commanded by Guuleed xaaji Axmed sugulle raided Daroor, which at the time was inhabited by the Ogaden clan. A bloody battle took place that it was named 'haro dhiig', the Habar Yonis warriors lost 120 of their invading men, they took over daroor but also they captured Cali Garaad - sultan of Reer Haruun-Reer Isaaq- maxamed subeir-ogaden. When he was captured he pleaded for his life saying " i shouldn't be executed for as i am an old man, i am a sultan tell that to your king Xirsi (xirsi Amaan, the sultan of HY at that time)". When the message was delivered to Xirsi Amaan, Xirsi said "Laba Gob Kii Beer Jilicsan Baa Jaba" meaning among two equals the soft hearted shall perish and he ordered his excution of Cali Garaad.

The orginal version of the book was 285, the latest revised version from amazon is 182 pages...... another version printed by the author is no more than 273....... whilst u mention page 442 for refernce!!
