I believe the big problem and misunderstanding is that this video was made in hargeysa since it is the capital and the only mental institute in SL. MArka we have to realzie taht these patients came from all over the country. Case in point, not all of them are sacaad muuse

You can find this in that one lecture where he talks about his trip to the UK. I don't believe there is any other SOmali city that has a drug problem of this dangerous nature.
