Drawing arbitrary borders along tribal lines is both a non-starter but also impractical. Take for instance Sool region, left to its own devices - its landlocked, doesnt have a port nor a functioning airport. That is tantamount to economic sanctions and will starve the local populace.

Its not biologically defined so perhaps you might want to consider actually taking into account other factors that might contribute towards your overall individuality. This not an issue of one tribe dominating one particular area, its a issue of thinking of what is in the best interests of people. Brotherhood, peace and cooperation is better than myopic thinking.

How does this one here sensibly conclude that the capital of a modern republic belongs to a tribal clique?

Did those "Mudulood" build the city's roads? Did they build its airports? How about its seaports? So then how does one go about owning something that they did not build? Legally the terms used are "purchase" and also "stealing." Did they purchase the city? The only designation left is if they stole the city then claimed it as rightfully theirs, but that's not really "right" is it.

It puzzles me how people have passed primary without critical thinking abilities.
