i have a problem with them hadaba. as much as i love the somaliland nation, i have equal love for hawd, dhulkii aan ku soo koray, kuna soo barbaaray. And these fokas sometimes make things difficult. burning trucks, stealin camels, raiding towns.
They either renounce volence towards somalilanders who live on that side of the border, or publically declare war.
Maybe they can make truth with dawladda silaanyo

Your giving them too much credit sxb, most of the hawd don't even support them, they should leave ordinary people alone who don't support them and keep them out of their affairs.
