I am sure that the people to whom Mogadishu really belongs are going to heed his advice and rid themselves of what he had once famously referred to as “ Habar Gidir invaders” and their useless idiots.

I thought Habar Gidir are his fellow Hiraabs and how is he going to get rid of them if he could not do it in 1991? Many of the so-called PHD holders are plain idiots. Here he is calling the eviction of fellow Hawiye when he is living in Montreal, Canada for so long that he does not know what is happening in Somalia.

I think this is a guy who is just hallucinating and he can write in English doesn't mean he can change the status quo. There were many calls to offer the so-called recognition and for twenty years it did not happen. It doesn't look like it is coming now and no matter how many articles that Lewis, Togane, Matt Bryden, Iqbal Jhazbay, and many more lobbyists who are milking SL for its quest for "recognition" write, i is not going to change the status quo. AU rejected it and closest enemy of Somalia, Ethiopia, is not doing it especially now when they see a hostile government in Hargeisa that is not subservient to their long term national interests.

He was just throwing insults there and to me it did not mean any thing. What I took an issue with is here we have a so-called 'PHD" holder and he is calling for the eviction of his closest cousins from Mogadishu. I just wonder when Somalis are going to learn to co-exist instead of goofkaan ka guur unukaa degi jirnee?

My advice to many diaspora Somalis is go and live in Somalia at least 6 months before you start commenting about it. It is all obvious the most precious commodity in Somalia is to have peace and every thing else revolves around that item, and when you come across a diaspora Somali who is calling for a carnage, one thing I tell him/her is you go ahead and do it and smell the coffee. Trust me many of diaspora folks who call for violence are cowards and would never want to participate the carnage they call for.
