You said hitting a child(in a disciplinary way) is not good. You also said yelling is not good? What'll you do marka?

I got whoopings after several verbal warnings when I was a child. That reminded me to never repeat those acts ever again, you know why? Cuz I would get my ass beat. I'm not telling you to abuse your kids and hit them every time they make a mistake but hey, a little hand-to-ass action would be nice every now and then.

I'm totally against hitting a kid in the head. Everywhere else is fair game, it just depends on how much force you put into it. Your children will be rebels if you don't discipline them in any form. Time out doesn't work all the time but can be used from time to time, trust me I know! Time out isolates the child for a short period of time only for them to repeat.
