In the case of greater Somalia:
1. Mogadishu (~1.500.000)
2. Dire Dawa (~750.000)
3. Hargeisa (~600.000)
4. Djibouti city (~500.000)
5. Bosaso (~250.000)

Baydhabo is bigger than Beled Wein. As for cities in Somalia, their populations and size must be exaggerated because tiny Negele and Awassa in Ethiopia look bigger than most Somali cities listed here.
