There is no competition nd there never was. The region you hail from is as much problematic as rest of Somalia. Stop trying to be something special. Trying to compare yourself to well established entity like Somaliland so you could shed of the issues like piracy, money laudering, human traficking will not suffice. You're still problematic region. In Somaliland we can boost for having multi clans sharing one administration and coexistance. In puntland which was created on bases of Harti unity has fallen apart and is now a Majerteen entity. The dhuloz and warsans both know that. If you have created Puntland to survive as Majerteen clan family than by all means best of luck however do not compare apples and oranges. Somaliland is no regional adminstration my friend. It's been discussed in Europeans Parliaments and is on the table at the AU and UN as potential member of UN general assembly as it once was.
