"Somaliland" as it calls itself has the name wrong for a start. The word Somaliland was given to Italian Somaliland now southern and eastern Somalia, so technically if "Somaliland" was to become independent it would be sued in The Hague.
"Somaliland" isn't peaceful and it has only now faced up to being democratic, it needed to cancel 5 elections to get to this state. Also it is occupying provinces which want to be part of Somalia not "Somaliland".
Also Freedom of Expression and Journalistic Freedom is terrible with now Universal TV, the largest Somali broadcasting network being banned for not running a story by the so-called government.
Lets keep it real, no country on Earth will recognize "Somaliland", it hasn't for 20 years and still won't. There's no interest in it, it hasn't got any oil or economic benefits. . "I Completely Agree My Uncle Hero abdi hooshe.

Despite the pro-Isaaq partiality of the Hargeysa regime, the majority of the north Somalians loath the oppressive and renegade regime that they consider be a band of high traitors and national shame, but the one clan separatist group outdo one another in their eagerness to endear themselves to the uninformed masses that have been daily fed with anti-Somalia hate propaganda, they breath one and only one thing, which is tribalism. s

He is just a nationalist and as you can see he loves the Isaaq people but hates secessionists

Read ICJ declaration om Kosvo
that general international law contains
it concludes that the declaration of independence of 17 February 2008 did not violate general international law. Having
arrived at that conclusion, the Court now turns to the legal relevance of Security Council
resolution 1244, adopted on 10 June 1999.
listen Calaacal jeberti boi, Somaliland has an even stronger case than Kosvo and they already submitted their case to the ICJ

If it didn't, the TFG would have landed in Hergeisa in and out.
Can I be an enemy to Somaliland right now, and once it officially gets recognized by the International Community, can I be a citizen?
I'm from the North too...originally.
TFG can't land in Kismayo or anywhere outside xamar does that mean its independent ?

look whats the common between S/L and the south(excluding parts of xamar) today ? they both are ruled by two different rebel movements that share some of their objectives. one is S/L govn the other is Al shabab. they both want to topple down the tfg so its not surprising if tfg officials get arrested in Borama.. when actually al shabab would behead them if they are caught in their territory. once these two rebellious militia/system are taken down the tfg will be free to go anywhere in the country
