Okay what other jobs pay well...it doesn't have to be a lot for someone with no qualifications.

How about in the fields of interpreting ? Intee bay helaan.
There are at least 2 secondary schools + several private schools, one institute, and a startup university and I think you should be able to teach. Someone with your skills should be able to get a teaching position but I doubt you want to accept the salary they pay over there even tough if you look at the local standards, you should be able to do well with any salary from a teaching position in that city.

So you're telling us there is nothing else there? I think you Cali Bare lady learned this qabyaalad thing in the diaspora just like Cali Gaab   To just inform you abt opportunities there, there are jobs in the medical, education, business, and telecommunications field. I have a relative who is an electronic engineer who moved there to work in the telecommunications company over there. Whatever you had in mind, whatever you can find in other major cities, you can find it in LA. Fyi, some of the teachers who teach the secondary and post secondary schools were recruited from Kenya and they are not clan-wise from there.

You feeling alright luv? Walahi my comment had nothing to do with qabiil (Whenever I go back to the homeland I spend majority of my time in Puntland).. and yet you got the cheek to label me a qabliist :| ...
If I was going back to the homeland to work I would work in a large urban area not a little town!!

Ps. Why is it that every comment you make is qabiil affiliated?
You seriously need to chemically peel the top layer of your brain kid, cos you never think straight..

Oops, big misunderstanding. I give you xaal and took back every things I said to you. I will take your advice and ask the SNET resident psychologist Basra to check my head :) Again I took it back every thing I said to you lady WestLdnShawty.

FYI, LA is a caasimad and not a small town :D

Cali Gaab,

Every thing I said to you still stands

Agree. I commend anyone who goes back home and work there.

And since business is booming in Puntland and Somaliland, I dont see why people shouldnt go back home and make a life for themselves there.
