You should have seen how many police officers for the TFG were trained in the Carma Police Academy in Bari region. In July 2010, the plane that we were going to catch from Galkacayo was diverted to Boosaaso and it picked up new TFG Police that were trained in that police academy. So, they did help and there was a closer cooperation between PL, Galmudug, and TFG.
