Do you have any picture of the T55 in Puntland disposal that you're claiming?
No pictures. The last conflict between Galmudug militias and Puntland security, news sites reported that Puntland retaliated by firing tank artillery from the airport. There is supposedly a tank stationed at the airport to retaliate to any attacks on the area.

SSDF had 12 T-55s in the 1990s, they are still around.

Apparently, that was the 1990's.

Does Puntland have any BM-21s YES OR NO ?

Paidmonk I don't know how reliable those are. Even so, we have never seen any BM rocket launchers or Tanks in the front in any conflict you had with Somaliland. We always bring our hardware to the front but you guys must not have it by now at least.

From MagInternational's website:
PMAC and MAG are in the process of training EOD teams and completing an inventory of mines and other explosive ordnances in Puntland’s military camps requiring urgent and safe disposal. Items scheduled for future destruction, security conditions permitting, include the BM-21 rockets and anti-vehicle mines observed by Geneva Call in a military compound in Galkayo in July 2007.
Puntland signed a treaty to get rid of its stockpiles of BM-21 rockets and explosive ordinances, if Puntland has the rockets it definitely has the trucks.

Just admit it. Puntland doesn't have the Military hardwares that Somaliland has, thus Somaliland is stronger than Puntland in terms of weapons, however...in terms of Soldiers...we can conclude that Puntland was stronger when it had unity, unfortunately now that Puntland has been dismantled, it no longer possesses it's military might.

Not so fast. Having stockpiles of hazardous waste does not mean you have operational and effective BM rocket launchers. Somaliland blew up alot of old weapons in Las Anod few years back. These things are dangerous to have around let alone use them. Don't confuse the two.

Al shabab has:

Light Anti Aircraft Guns (LAAG) and Self Propelled Anti Aircraft
Guns (SPAAG)
Al-Shabaab military forces include three main categories of fighters:
• A core force comprising fewer than 2,500 Somalis and several hundred foreign
fighters
• A larger number of local clan militias aligned with Al-Shabaab, but not readily
deployable for operations outside their home areas
• Irregular fighters engaged for specific operations on a “pay-as-you-go” basis

. The tactical unit of the core Al-Shabaab force is typically platoon-sized
(30-50 fighters), equipped with cold war-era arms, including assault rifles, PK
general purpose machine guns, rocket-propelled grenades and when necessary
B-10 recoilless rifles. Like other Somali militias, Al-Shabaab infantry units may be
accompanied by vehicle-mounted machine guns and light anti-aircraft guns adapted.
