I can assure you I am not faqash I am not hawiye either. so relax. I am just fed up of Somaliland thing. I came to hate Westerners asking me which clan i belong to then proceeding to tell me about Somaliland stuff some gaalo suggested that Somalis have different cultures and languages.

somalis do have different languages and cultures thats a fact

SNM wanted only to liberate their Country Somaliland and thats what they did nothing wrong with that.

I do not excuse of what happened in Hargeyza or Burco. That was plain wrong. No doubt about that. I believe there should be acknowledged by all parties.

As for xududdaha, they were not there before the British and other Europeans turned up in our shores.

Yes, our religion forbids sloughtering innocent people let alone Muslim sheikhs and scholars. But remember the Somali government did not care much about religion. As I read from history, Siad Barre excuted 10 religious men 2 of them belonged to his own Marehan clan.

But whatever happened we need to move on and think about our role as Muslims in the Horn of Africa.
