they should have imposed such strict rules a long time ago. such rules are needed to eliminate soldiers selling their assigned weaponry or defecting to groups fighting the government. even though these rules are deplorable, in times like this, i think they can help the government defeat the rebels.

this is ridicolous, I understand he will be arrested, but killed? what law are they using to kill a person that sold his gun, its a crime, but not a crime that serious that you have to be killed.
the right answer is to bring him infront of a military court, and arrested, and they need to train their soldiers making them professional and paying them enough money to support their families.
