the way they exchanged baskets the last 6-7 mins was classic. i can't remember the last time a Knicks game had a playoff atmosphere to it like this, even Spike was front & Center. Amare has to work on his releasing the ball quicker though, that was waaaay off.

Me it was the opposite. I grew up watching those Guys as a kid, but friggin Bulls, Pacers, etc. would always get the best of them. Now they're back though but their style is different. Now they are a finesse scoring team, and Boston is the physical team.

They are back? not yet bro. This Knick team is much, much different. besides Amar'e who else can they go to? Felton? the old Knicks had all-star calibre players, deep bench and obviously not a PF-C player for a game winning basket from 26 feet out with the clock running out.

Still, much respect to STAT and Ray Felton (who matched Rondo dime for dime)...enough people slept on him since David Stern called his name out of North Carolina, lakiin the entire league knows wussup now

Youngnfresh,

True He matched Rondo dime for dime, but He outscored Him bigtime. Rondo was not even a offensive weapon for His team, yet Felton was giving the entire celtic team fits. I didn't like His drive though Where He really didn't get a quality drive/layup attempt but He was money nontheless all night. Felton Has went toe to toe with Chris Paul, John Wall, Derrick Rose, Rajon Rondo, so far and more than held His own. No doubt He is for real and I think He is an allstar. 18 and 9 should get You a spot.
Rondo and Felton are two different moulds of PG though. Rondo is a pass-first point guard who's averaging 14 assists per game...that means he's directly responsible for 28 points a game. Felton can pass the rock but looks for his shot first (although he's benefitting from a great finisher like Amar'e and racking up the assists this season). If you give me a choice though, i'm taking Rondo EEEEEEASY...who else dominates a game without scoring and just regulates the tempo of the entire game? Anything Rondo gives u on offense is a bonus, he's the straw that stirs the Celtics' drink right now and is their MVP.

That's not a knock on Ray Felton though, he's having a breakout year and running with the top PG's right now. He'll prolly get the nod for the All-Star game, since they usually ride with 3 PG's, and Rondo and Rose are a lock, but I can't see anyone else making a better case for that 3rd PG spot on the East squad than Felton.

Youngnfresh,

Oh no doubt even as a huge Knicks Fan I agree, Rondo is a top 2 PG in the NBA no question and He is better than Felton. He makes the entire Old Celtic team go. I was just making a case that With Felton going head to head with the best PG's, He Has proven that He is a elite PG. Btw,have You noticed how everybody is sleeping on Wilson Chandler? The Guy is only averaging 17 ppg, 6 boards, 2 blocks and shooting 37% from 3. He is like the glue do everything Guy along with Fields. Also how far do You think the Knicks can climb if they add Carmelo? I really think that He would catipult them to top 3 in the conference or maybe top 2.

The Screw,

Well by back I meant they are a legit winning team. They still need some more stuff to become contenders. They're one player away.
