A 14-month-old baby was born with a second face.
Chinese baby Kangkang was born with a secondary face atop his normal face - it looks almost like the child is wearing some sort of mask! No one knows what causes this condition, but one source claims that abortion prevention medicine Kangkang’s mother was prescribed could be part of the cause. Fortunately, the family has raised enough money to correct Kangkang’s condition - treatment is estimated to cost 300,000 to 400,000 yuan or $80,000 to $100,000!

On The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Will’s friend Jazz wore the same clothes whenever he was thrown out of the house.
Because the shot required filming on location, only one shot of Jazz being thrown out was done (with a few exceptions*). However, this meant that in order to maintain continuity, Jazz had to be wearing the SAME clothes every time he was to be tossed out the front door! (source) Of course, this means that whenever you see him wearing that shirt, you know what's going to happen.
*The exceptions to this include Jazz being thrown out at night, and Jazz being thrown out the side door instead of the front door. There's also some funny alternative versions of the joke, including: Uncle Phil throwing Will out the door, Jazz throwing Will out the door, JAY LENO throwing Will off of the set of his show, and, my personal favorite, Jazz throwing Uncle Phil out the door.
