You can't have your cake and eat it too. Either Somaliland is part of somalia and Hargeisa is the second capital, or Hargeisa is no longer the second capital and Somaliland is no longer part of somalia (officially). There's no way while Hargeisa is still part of somalia that shitty Kismayo will take it's title, when Hargeisa really should've been the first capital anyway.

From a Koonfur perspective Beledweyn is ideally located and recievies trafic from Gallakio(north), Ogadeen(west), Moqadishu(s.east) and Baydowa(s.west) it will certainly take the post of 2nd capital of koonfur in the near future without trying. Definately among the cities i would invest in over the next few years while prices are low.
