historically saylac was always a shared city between the two clans.not only saylac beesha samaroon used to live even in djibouti way before the independence or colonials. ciise migration from saylac towards djib doesnt mean they were the only one lived ther.
anyway my point was press doesnt refer to ciise as 'beesha saylac'

actually seylac is a shared town with isaaq gadabuursi and ciise. the gadabuursis in the last 50 years moved there very close the reason why is gadabuursi land is very close to Seylac , the ciises moved to Djibouti in big Numbers the isaaqs who lived there also moved to Djibouti , today the owners of the shops in seylac are still isaaqs., ,, Maxa so hadhay the gadabuursis who moved there the last 50 or so years in big numbers
