thats wht people were saying before we finished 4th last season, then we wouldnt even qualify..and then we wouldnt get out of the group stages..and now we topped the group with a banger of spurs 7-4 inter milan....you should be ashamed and crawl under a carpet..but instead people still keep on going under estimating the force within..

ah {your avatar} apologies..there are many british talents but they all english, and as soon as they kick a ball, the media kills them by over doing it....bale is welsh..the dominant english media ignored him untill that game against inter...and that was because the entire planet was buzzing about him...imaging if sir alex ferguson was english...
he would have by now have the status of the pope and be a serious influential character in international affairs.......

Yup I hate the english media they over hype the players and try to make everyone a x1000 better than they are.

When I was a kid the prem league was rubbish, serie A made me fall in love with football it made me a football fan. Serie A in the 90's and early 00's was the best league in the world, best players, most money, best culture, women, weather, food it had everything on its side. Even things that made it more hot and interesting like violance, fighting, passionate fans and corruption.

Until chelsea flew on the map around the 05 season prem league was nothing, but now its the best in the world. Soon it may even reach the competitive element of former serie A, such as 7 teams fighting for the league

yeah fully agree with you, italian league was seriously some nast work, even with 7 teams competing i still dont believe premiership will ever get to the serie a 90's ...

in the 90's i only knew liverpool and man united ..however at the same time i knew the entire serie teams pus there captains......
