Im gonna grow timir, onions and other food in Luuq and provide the people with jobs. Utilizing solar water pumps and abundant water resources around Luuq I am going make a meglo farming industry which will emancipate people from poverty. Then schools shall be built.....etc

Sorry, you are not going to solve poverty in Somalia without a central government. There need to be at least some form of central planning to create a economic cycle which benefits all,
