A easy way to interpret the cartoon is by looking objectively at the picture. Can't you see that Faroole and Siilanyo are confusedly looking around without spotting SSC? It merely reflects the realty on the ground, SSC are doing there thing with no interference. Your interpretation is just fantasy, tell us when SSC sided with Puntland or Somaliland.

How's my interpretation fantasy when i mentioned exactly what the cartoonist drew? Can't you see that the ssc ball jumps on PL's side and then on the side of SL. It's a diss not a 'reality on the ground'
