The changes proposed are for the soul benefit of Kenya, Ethiopia and Djbouti all bargaining for portion of somaliweyn NFD, OG, Zaila islands respectively... Nothing is for free besides they all continue to make millions from each conference.

No changes are legally possible under the banner of somali republic as the TFG does not represent 100% of the republic.
