Just telling It like it's sxb. And of all Somalis saxib you guys are by far the weakest link. And by you I mean those of you from the south. Your plight is hopelessly depressing. I chuckle whenever I hear southerner preaching to somaliland of what they can and cannot do. Read my lipse volty your country is the anal of the world and thus your opinion on the geopolicals of the region deos not hold weight. Ka tasho aayahaaga, anagu tashanay oo soconay.

Then they should look no further than Puntland: their brothers to the east, who also support somalia.

for discussion purpose, let us assume, they want to have their own state, my practical question to you is..where would they drawn their borders? you know and i know Sool, sanaag and cayn are mixed degaans
Every somali region is mixed deegaan, the territories of former British Somali Colony is mixed degaan - one clan cannot claim it
- Awdal is owned by Samaroon,
- Gobolka Woqooyi Galbeed is mixed Deegaan, West WoqooyiGalbeed is owned by Samaroon (Gabiley and Arabsiyo is owned by Samaroon),
- Sanaag/Maakhir is owned by Warsangali
- Togdheer is mixed deegaan (East Togdheer is owned by Dhulbahante), SSC is owned Dhulbahante

Brother at times you go way above yourself. You are opening a door and stepping into a darkness.
Simplification:
Somalia - state 1
Somaliland - state 2
Both gained independence in 1960 witnessed by the international community. They formed a union.
My only intended addition to your topic is we in Somalia are in a weaker position and at more risk of that you wish to inflict on the other state. Paradign shift: entertaining arguements on the forced dismemberment of a state that joined our state in a union has a greater potential of causing dismemberment of our own state. Every arguement we make today to support the disintegration of Sland we are merely seeding the minds of opportunists who will use those arguements to apply them on Somalia. The opportunity of fragmentation is far more a real prospect for us then it is in the other state.
We should be wary of what we saw.

I am under no illusion of the status of my country. 20 years of peace and steady progress is enough for me to brag. What have you done in last 20 years except embrass the Somali race and defame our name around the world.

Grandpa,
ciyaal baa tahay adigu. You have time and again showed that you could not be entrusted to hold a position on anything Consistanly for more than a week. It's no suprise that you currently support alshabab, recently you supported the TFg and you basically flipped between those two. I blame your mentour volty for teaching you this art of dual personality.

How is that relevant to the discussion ? Your assertion that Somaliland is some hub of prosperity compared to what you described as "hopelessly depressing." On the contrary the south has relative peace and stability, Xamar will eventually be the same. How do you know whether development is not happening ? Al Shabab doesn't care what the international community thinks of them . Because of that the South is self sufficient unlike Somaliland which is heavily dependant on food aid. The delusion that the south is hopeless can only be sold to your white delegates, not too us

What a pathetic rebuttal, when one can't refute facts he resorts to personal attacks.
