Somalis unfortunately always miss the bigger picture, thus why some forumers praise Godane and attribute things to him that are untrue, out of clan loyalty. But, this is beyond Somalis and our petty obsessions - this is a global initiative to rid the world of political Islam, in any and all its forms. This is done in many formats; outright extermination (all the decent Jihadists are long dead), infiltration, assimilation, etc. Nobody gives a fuck about the horn, its beyond that and Alshabaab are nothing more than a miniscule pawn in a chess game.
