I see that even those who call others Wahaabi cannot agre on a concrete definition:

The real definition: An attack on believing muslims who follow the Quran and the Sunnah while hating their innovations and exposing its illegitimacy.

You are called a wahabi if you

aren't a taqleedi
arent a grave worshipper
dont celeberate mawlid
reject "bidcah xasanah"
Are strict with your diin

Was a great scholar we reformed the people of his time when they went a strayed from the true Islam. His opponents did not like seeing the true Islam come back to the lands and hence, used scare tactics to scare people by propaganda. If you do this then you a wahabi etc.
