Farmaajo and his cabinet agreed and ordered for the sacking of the taliyaasha booliska, xooga dalka, asluubta, they send Sheikh Shariff letter of the agreement, and therfore sheikh shariff if he agrees with them he sacks them if he doesnt agree with Farmaajo he doesn't sack the taliyaasha xooga dalka, asluubta, booliska

But why does Farmaajo have to involve Sheikh Sharif? He is the PM and this should be within his jurisdiction. If there was a cabinet reshuffle, is it done by Sharif or Farmaajo? Does the army command fall under the authority of the PM/Cabinet or is it directly ruled by the president?

Under the TFG charter, the final decision to fire the leaders of the security forces rests with the president. The PM and Defense Minister can only recommend it.

The president cannot fire the PM, he can refer it to the TFG parliament and they, the parliamentarians, can vote for the decision. If 2/3 of the TFG parliamentarians decide for the PM to go, he goes; otherwise, any thing less than 2/3 of the TFG Parliament's vote, the PM stays.

I think it is a fair balance.

For this decision, I think TFG is showing some accountability. Since the offensive led by the TFG and AMISOM forces did not deliver the desired results, someone has to account for that failure and these firings are the result of it. Are the firings just? We do not know but at least TFG president, PM, and the security ministers are demostrating that heads needs to roll for any failure in the government. I think it is a good progress on the TFG side that they are showing some accountability!
